Order-ready SMS notifications
We are preparing an optional order-ready SMS service, which will be enabled only after sender approval and testing. When you opt in at the counter, we record your mobile number, order reference, the disclosure presented, your affirmative consent, its time and method, and the staff member who recorded it. We also keep message and delivery status and opt-out records to operate the service and prevent duplicate or unwanted texts.
We use this information only to send the one ready notification you requested for that order, respond to messaging support requests, honor opt-outs, and maintain service and consent records. Providing your number for an order or receipt does not enroll you. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing, advertising, promotional purposes, or lead generation. We do not send SMS phone numbers, message content, or consent records to website analytics or session-replay services.
We disclose only the information needed by service providers that operate and deliver these messages on our behalf, including Telnyx and mobile carriers, or as required by law. Those providers may not use SMS consent for their own marketing.
Access to SMS records is restricted to authorized staff and service systems. We retain them as needed to operate the program, honor opt-outs, prevent duplicate sends, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Website analytics
When enabled and with your permission, we use Microsoft Clarity on our homepage and Our Story page to understand how visitors use the website. Clarity collects interactions such as clicks, scrolling, and page views, and reconstructs visits as session replays to help us improve the experience.
Clarity processes usage and device data and uses analytics cookies after you accept. We deny advertising storage consent. Account pages and draft previews are excluded from this integration. Chat and personalized recommendation content are marked for masking.
You can decline analytics and continue using the website. Your choice is stored in your browser. Changing browsers or clearing browser storage may require choosing again.
