One text when your order is ready

Xom Caphe (Xóm Cà Phê), at 82 E Santa Clara St, San Jose, CA 95113, offers an optional order-ready notification program. These terms apply when the program becomes available and you choose to enroll an order.

With your permission, we send one automated text to the mobile number you provide when all items in that order are ready for pickup. We do not send marketing, order-received, progress, reminder, or collection messages through this program. You may also receive a response to a STOP, START, or HELP request.

Your choice and consent

Enrollment is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. At the counter, a staff member explains the program and asks for your express permission before recording your number and consent for that order. Providing a phone number for a receipt or an order does not by itself enroll you in texts.

Consent applies only to the order you enroll. A new order requires a new choice to receive its ready notification. Use a number you own or are authorized to use. See the exact disclosure and process on our How to opt in page.

Frequency, charges, and delivery

One order-ready message per opted-in order. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Xom Caphe does not charge a separate SMS enrollment fee. Delivery depends on carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to the number that sent your message to opt out. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. No further order-ready messages will be sent from this program while you are opted out. Reply START to that same number to remove the block, then give fresh consent for any new order you want to enroll.

Privacy

We use your mobile number, order reference, consent record, and messaging status to provide this service and honor your preferences.
